All decisions relating to grant eligibility, application review, funding awards, and program administration are made solely by the organizations that publish or manage such opportunities.

User Responsibility for Verification

Users acknowledge that information available through the Platform, including grant listings, eligibility criteria, organizational claims, and other materials, may be submitted by third parties.

Socialys Evidentia does not independently verify the authenticity, accuracy, or reliability of all information submitted or published through the Platform.

Platform Availability

• enabling platform functionality and user interactions

Users acknowledge that any reliance on User Content available through the Platform is undertaken at their own risk, and users are responsible for independently verifying the information they choose to rely upon.

7.2 No Role in Funding Decisions

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Socialys Evidentia does not act as a grant-making body, funding authority, financial intermediary, or evaluator of grant applications for programs listed on the Platform.

The Company does not participate in:

• determining eligibility criteria for funding opportunities
• reviewing or evaluating grant applications
• selecting recipients or beneficiaries
• awarding grants or distributing funds
• administering funding programs on behalf of organizations

All decisions relating to eligibility, evaluation, award selection, funding distribution, and program administration are made solely by the organizations that publish or manage the relevant Funding Opportunities.

7.3 No Guarantee of Funding Opportunities

Socialys Evidentia does not guarantee that any Funding Opportunity listed on the Platform is:

• legitimate
• active or currently available
• accurate or complete
• free from errors or omissions
• suitable for a particular user or organization

Funding Opportunities may be modified, withdrawn, suspended, or discontinued by the organizations publishing them at any time without notice.

The Company also does not guarantee that grant applications submitted through the Platform will be reviewed, accepted, funded, or responded to by the organizations administering such opportunities.

7.4 Independent Verification by Users

Users acknowledge that Funding Opportunities and related information available through the Platform may be submitted by third parties and may not be independently verified by Socialys Evidentia.

Users are responsible for independently verifying the authenticity, accuracy, legitimacy, and suitability of any Funding Opportunity before submitting applications, sharing information, entering agreements, or taking any other action based on such information.

Any reliance on information obtained through the Platform is undertaken at the user’s own discretion and risk.

7.5 Interactions Between Users and Organizations

These external opportunities may include grants, fellowships, awards, scholarships, competitions, or other funding programs administered by third-party organizations that are not affiliated with Socialys Evidentia.

Socialys Evidentia does not independently verify all aspects of such external opportunities, including but not limited to their authenticity, eligibility requirements, application processes, deadlines, funding terms, or operational status.

Users who choose to apply for or pursue such opportunities are responsible for:

• independently verifying the details of the opportunity
• confirming the legitimacy of the administering organization
• reviewing the official information provided by the relevant agency or organization
• contacting the responsible organization directly for clarification or verification where necessary

If users choose to apply for or engage with such external opportunities, they do so at their own discretion and risk, and Socialys Evidentia shall not be responsible or liable for any consequences arising from such actions, including but not limited to losses, disputes, misrepresentation, or unsuccessful applications.

9.1 Service Interruptions

11.2 Trademarks

The names Socialys Evidentia, 1BGrants, 1BGrants.com, and any associated logos, marks, or branding elements are trademarks or service marks owned by Socialys Evidentia Global Consulting Private Limited or its affiliates.

Users may not use the Company’s trademarks, logos, branding, or other proprietary identifiers without prior written consent, except where such use is expressly permitted for the purpose of referencing the Platform in a factual and non-misleading manner.

11.3 License to Use the Platform

Subject to compliance with these Terms of Service, Socialys Evidentia grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for its intended purposes.

This license does not grant users any ownership rights or intellectual property rights in the Platform or its underlying technology.

Users may not:

• copy or reproduce the Platform’s software, content, or database structures
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• create derivative works based on the Platform
• redistribute or commercially exploit the Platform’s technology without authorization

11.4 User Content Ownership

However, by submitting content to the Platform, users grant Socialys Evidentia the license described in Section 6 (Content and User Submissions) to host, process, display, analyze, and otherwise use such content for purposes related to operating and improving the Platform.

11.5 Protection of Platform Data

The compilation, organization, and structure of data available through the Platform, including databases of funding opportunities and related information, may constitute proprietary intellectual property of Socialys Evidentia.

Users may not systematically extract, reproduce, distribute, or create competing databases based on data obtained from the Platform without prior written authorization.

11.6 Reporting Intellectual Property Violations

If any user or third party believes that content available through the Platform infringes their intellectual property rights, they may notify Socialys Evidentia using the contact information provided in these Terms.

Upon receiving a valid notice of infringement, the Company may review the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content where appropriate.

Users acknowledge that the Platform serves as a technology service and informational resource, and the Company does not control or guarantee the actions or decisions of third parties using the Platform.

15.2 No Liability for Third-Party Actions

The Company shall not be responsible for any actions, omissions, or conduct of users, organizations, or third parties that publish funding opportunities, submit applications, or otherwise interact through the Platform.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• fraudulent or misleading funding opportunities
• misrepresentation by organizations or applicants
• disputes between users and organizations
• failure of organizations to review applications or award funding
• withdrawal, cancellation, or modification of funding programs

15.3 No Liability for Service Interruptions

Socialys Evidentia shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or disruptions arising from:

• temporary or prolonged unavailability of the Platform
• system outages or technical failures
• delays in processing information or submissions
• data loss resulting from technical incidents
• failures of third-party infrastructure or service providers

15.4 Limitation of Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total cumulative liability of Socialys Evidentia for any claims arising out of or relating to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by the user to the Company for the use of the Platform during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If the user has not paid any fees to the Company for the use of the Platform, the Company shall have no financial liability to the user for such claims to the maximum extent permitted by law.

15.5 Applicability

The limitations set forth in this section shall apply regardless of the legal theory under which liability is asserted, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statutory claims, or otherwise, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Users acknowledge that the allocation of risk set forth in these Terms is an essential element of the agreement between the user and Socialys Evidentia.

16.1 User Responsibility

This indemnification obligation applies to any claims, damages, or losses resulting from or related to:

• the user’s access to or use of the Platform
• violation of these Terms of Service
• violation of applicable laws or regulations
• submission of false, misleading, or unlawful information
• infringement of intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties
• misuse of the Platform or its services
• content, materials, or information submitted by the user through the Platform

16.2 Content and Submissions

Users agree to indemnify and hold Socialys Evidentia harmless from any claims arising from User Content submitted through the Platform, including but not limited to claims that such content:

• infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• violates privacy or data protection laws
• contains defamatory, misleading, or unlawful material
• was submitted without proper authorization from relevant parties

16.3 Interactions Between Users

Users acknowledge that the Platform may facilitate interactions between multiple parties, including organizations, applicants, donors, reviewers, and other participants. Users agree to indemnify Socialys Evidentia against any claims or disputes arising from interactions, communications, agreements, or transactions between users conducted through or related to the Platform.

16.4 Cooperation With Defense

In the event of any claim or legal action subject to indemnification under this section, the Company may assume control of the defense of such claim at its discretion. Users agree to cooperate with reasonable requests from the Company in connection with the defense or resolution of such claims.

16.5 Survival

The obligations set forth in this section shall survive the termination of the user’s access to or use of the Platform and shall remain in effect to the extent permitted by applicable law.

17.1 Suspension of Access

The Company may temporarily suspend or restrict a user’s access to the Platform, in whole or in part, if it determines, at its sole discretion, that such action is necessary to:

• investigate suspected violations of these Terms of Service
• address security concerns or potential unauthorized access
• prevent fraudulent or harmful activity
• protect the integrity, stability, or security of the Platform
• comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal obligations

During such suspension, users may be restricted from accessing certain features or services available on the Platform.

17.2 Termination by the Company

Socialys Evidentia may terminate a user’s account or access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice where permitted by applicable law, if the Company determines that the user has:

• violated these Terms of Service or related policies
• engaged in fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful activities
• misused the Platform or its services
• created risks or potential legal exposure for the Company or other users

The Company may also terminate accounts that remain inactive for an extended period or where continued operation of the account is no longer consistent with the operation of the Platform.

17.3 Termination by the User

Users may discontinue use of the Platform at any time. Users may also request the closure or deletion of their account by contacting the Company using the contact information provided in these Terms or through available account management features where applicable.

17.4 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of a user’s account or access to the Platform:

• the user may lose access to their account and related features
• certain content associated with the account may no longer be accessible through the Platform
• the Company may remove or disable access to content associated with the account where appropriate

However, the Company may retain certain information associated with the account where necessary to:

17.5 Survival of Terms
